Heritage Day

The 4th grade had Heritage Day which celebrates our varied cultures. Students brought in food, clothing, and other items that showed their special traditions. The more we learn about other cultures, the more understanding and respect we have for each other. We listed all the countries we represented on the board. It was more than twenty! |

The people you see on our lockers are cinquains that describe us. We made them to resemble us. Cinquains are five line poems. |

The maps you see are maps of our streets. Doing these maps was interesting because we got to learn about maps and them make one!
