Girls' Basketball begins immediately following Soccer Season.
The girls' season runs from November through January.

Search for addresses and directions to all participating schools in our area
of the Archdiocese of Chicago.
Exceptions: Two schools use an alternate location which is off site.
Addresses will be available soon.

Game Schedule

The Girls' Classic League on-line schedule is maintained by St. Luke's.
The schedule is subject to change,
and there may be errors or omissions beyond our control.

The 8th grade girls are the champions of the Classic League for the 2009 -10 basketball season.  Congratulations to the entire team but in particular to Coach Tim Kuhfuss (’75) and to Meredith and Allison who will represent Ascension at the league Allstar game.

Friday, January 15

The Chargers took on the St. Luke Bearcats at Friday night’s Pack the Place.  Lots of Ascension tradition surrounds this special January event:  ribbons, braids, roses for the 8th grade girls, running the gauntlet of fans, kissing Chet Charger, and lots of great basketball.  Newer features include VIP seating for lucky bidders at the Ascension auction.
